Come join us for a free weekly loving-kindness meditation series starting September 24th, designed to help you find your center amidst the chaos so you can do the work that needs to be done.
Led by Anuradhika Roy, these 30-minute Wednesday evening sessions (7PM Central) will help you tap into a felt sense of love and balance - not to escape reality, but to engage with it from your strongest, most grounded place. All experience levels welcome.
